RoboTech Vision participated in the Slovak Matchmaking Fair 2020

RoboTech Vision presentation

October 22, 2020  Presentation

RoboTech Vision was one of more than a hundred Slovak and foreign companies that had the opportunity to participate in the Slovak Matchmaking Fair 2020 (SMF), which is organised by SARIO every year. In addition to a discussion on the topic „Sky is not the limit“, it also participated in B2B meetings with other companies.

Business opportunities

After RoboTech Vision’s robot successfully participated in a simulated space mission in Hawaii, the company was part of SMF 2020 as its main partner. Matej Poliaček from RoboTech Vision, who innovated the Androver I robot for the mission, discussed with space engineer Ján Baláž, and representatives of private companies Matúš Bakoň and Petr Barančík how Slovak companies are finding new business opportunities in the space industry.

SMF 2020 also included other panel discussions on how to manage crisis situations during the COVID-19 pandemic or how to attract new champions of Slovak industry. The opening programme was followed by a series of online meetings, where companies could not only get to know each other, but also agree on forms of future cooperation. SMF thus became a relevant platform connecting academics, science, research, development and companies with the support of the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic.
